Track your order
Every GeliQ order ships with tracking. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
To track your order:
- Find the shipping confirmation email from GeliQ (check your promotions or spam folder too).
- Copy the tracking number from that email.
- Paste it at 17track.net to see where your package is right now.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 10 to 14 business days.
Can't find your tracking number? Email us at hello@trygeliq.com with your order number and we'll send it to you within 24 hours.
